This is a once off fee that must be paid before the learner’s place is guaranteed. This will be forfeited if the learner’s place is not honoured.

Please Note:
Parents are required to select one of three options for payment for next year’s fees which will determine the fee requirements for the year:

  • Monthly debit order – payments paid over 12 months (January – December) and payable on the 1st or 15th working day of each month.
  • Grade 12 payments commence on the 1 January and finish on 1 November (11 payments in total)
  • Annually – payments must be made by 15th January 2015. 5% discount for annual fees.
  • Termly – within 5 working days of the start of each term
  • Overdue accounts will accrue interest at the rate of 15% pa.
  • The administration fee and deposit are not refundable. They secure your child’s place at the school.
  • A family rebate of 5% is offered for the second and subsequent children.
  • Parents who select to avail themselves of the various fee options should approach the school to make arrangements.
  • We reserve the right to request the help of a teacher’s assistant where necessary. This will be discussed beforehand.

Additional costs:
The fee structure excludes the following:

  • Biokinetics
  • Optional Outings / Tours – cost will be notified prior to each outing.

N.B. A full term’s notice is required in writing for the withdrawal of learners from the school.
