Dear Parents, It is hard to believe that it’s mid-term already and autumn is around the corner. The children have been hard at work and have settled into the school routine well, and are ready for this well-deserved break (as are the teachers!!)
Very important as autumn/winter starts settling in, please could you pack a jersey in your child’s bag as Hilton gets very cold when the rain and mist settle in.

We are still having issue with no books but hopefully these will be sorted out by the time we return back to school.
Dear Parents, Learners seem to be settling in well and adjusting to the time table, their class mates and their teachers. There are a few hiccups with books but we are sure these will be sorted out soon.
We are offering the high school parents, round table meetings where you will sit with all your child’s teachers to discuss your child’s progress and plans for the year thus ensuring that staff and parent are on the same page. If you would like this option please let Tracey know. We will do one booking per day from 2:30 to 2:45pm on Mon, Wed, Thurs
Test Week is approaching; the time table will be available on Thursday 17 February. The tests are only one hour each and will be written first thing each morning. Lesson will resume once the tests for the day are done.
Dear Parents, the learners have settling in nicely and everything is running smoothly.
Tuesday was the 1st visit of Laura Cole, the speech therapist, we are very excited to see the progress of the children she is seeing. If you would like your child to see Laura, please see attached form, fill in and return to school, and Laura will contact you. We are so excited to have a speech therapist coming to our little school to help our children.
